When quoting for the job he demonstrated huge expertise and technical knowledge as well as explaining where things may not be straightforward. His quote was also very fair. He started and finished the job on time and delivered a finish that replicated the sample that we agreed. Lincrusta is hand painted so it is quite a skilled craft.
