Jason re-hung the wallpaper on the feature wall in my bedroom. His quote was very reasonable and he was really reliable and punctual - he... read more turned up on the day and at the time he had said he would (plus he confirmed when he was on his way, so I knew there was no change to the plans we had made). He estimated perfectly how long the job would take and he was also very clean - when he left it was as if he had never been! But the thing that really stood out for me was how amazing his work was. The previous decorators had botched the hanging of the wallpaper, which had really upset me. But Jason hung it perfectly (and it wasn’t the easiest wallpaper to hang), bringing to life exactly how I had always imagined it should look like. I now admire it every time I walk into my bedroom. If you are wondering whether or not to go with Jason, do yourself a favour and just do - you will not regret it!

Novitas repainted my entire flat in December 2025 and I cannot recommend them warmly enough. From the start, Jason was prompt, clear in communication, and... read more highly detailed oriented. He responded to all my questions about the scope of works and gave helpful advice throughout the process. Jason also maintained a flexible approach as the work developed and was incredibly smooth to work with as I had to fit his work around other contractors coming into the flat at different times. The final result was stunning and it was clear that Novitas pay a great deal of attention to the fine details which deliver fantastic results. I will definitely recommend Novitas to friends and family!

Really impressed with Novitas Decorators. Jason was professional and fair throughout, and Ian, who did most of the work, went above and beyond to make... read more sure the finish was perfect. They protected everything properly, worked very tidily and even took care of a couple of extra bits (including an additional hallway wall) without adding to the bill so the end result would look right. The house was left clean and the quality of the decorating is excellent. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
