Within a day of contacting Novitas, Jason visited to provide a quote for painting the hallway, stairs and two landings in our Victorian house. He came across as very professional and organised, highly knowledgable and able to provide good, up to date advice on all aspects of the work required, including makes and types of paint, etc. A reasonable, comprehensive quote arrived later the same day, which we accepted, and were able to agree a start date. The work was carried out by Barry and Gary, two great members of their team, who were professional, polite and friendly at all times. Any inconvenience was minimised, they explained what they were doing and kept us up to date with progress. They were painstaking in the preparation of walls, ceiling and woodwork, and the quality of their work was top class. They arrived on time each morning, and tidied up at the end of the day. We are delighted with the end result, which has cheered up a rather tired area of the house that hadn't seen a drop of new paint in fourteen years!
